Kami (Director)

With three decades of experience in the community sector and over two decades in leadership roles, Kami has a wealth of expertise spanning drug and alcohol programs, homelessness support, ADHD/ASD services, mental health, and disability employment programs focused on mental health. She holds a Diploma of Applied Science in Community and Human Services, complemented by additional training in Case Management, CBT, Dementia Care, Alcohol and Drug Support, Dual Diagnosis, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Positive Practices, Lifestyle Planning, Wellness Support, and Ethics and Care Boundaries. Kami is dedicated to empowering participants, fostering their independence, and delivering person-centered care.

Sophia

Sophia is an experienced and committed support worker with three years of service to individuals with psychosocial disabilities. As a qualified Art Therapist currently pursuing a Diploma of Counselling, she is dedicated to enhancing her knowledge of mental health. Sophia's passion lies in providing compassionate, person-centered support, aiming to empower participants and foster their confidence, wellbeing, and independence.

Jo

Jo brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals. With three years of experience, Jo is highly regarded for her ability to assist with diverse abilities. Jo has extensive experience supporting participants with complex mental health conditions and Dementia. Jo's robust background in Disability Employment Services consistently yields excellent results for participants seeking employment.

Angie

With a solid background in education and over two years of experience as a Support Worker, Angie excels in providing assistance that is both professional and compassionate. She is known for her attentive listening, exceptional organizational skills, initiative, and collaborative spirit. Angie is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism while delivering empathetic and outstanding service to all participants.

Melissa

Mel has devoted 25 years to the welfare sector, amassing extensive experience in supporting participants with complex mental health, substance abuse, and physical disabilities. She holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health, a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs, and is trained in DBT and CBT. Currently, Mel is pursuing a Bachelor in Social Work.

Courtney

Courtney is an empathetic, reliable, and values-driven support worker. With a robust academic background in Psychology and Counselling, she is dedicated to empowering individuals to live with dignity and autonomy. Combining natural emotional intelligence with a deep commitment to person-centered care, Courtney is known for her warmth, stability, and dependability.

Jody

Jody has nearly four years of experience as a Support Worker. She excels in supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions, as well as ASD and ADHD. Jody blends practicality with compassion, warmth, and a wonderful sense of humor. Currently, she is studying for a Certificate IV in Mental Health.

Andrew

Andrew brings nearly three years of experience as a Support Worker and holds a Certificate III in Individual Support. Known for his innovative and proactive approach, Andrew is both caring and socially conscious. His expertise in specialized employment support has led to impressive outcomes for our participants. Andrew is active and fit, with a passion for bushwalking and cooking.

Bree

Bree boasts extensive experience in the community sector, particularly in youth services, mental health, and aged care. She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and a Certificate IV in Community Services. Bree is known for her friendliness, motivation, and compassion, and she is dedicated to self-improvement and personal growth.

Laura

Laura holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and brings over a year of experience as a Support Worker. She has adeptly supported participants with complex mental health issues and physical disabilities. Laura's passion for the natural world, combined with her enthusiasm for culinary arts, makes her an excellent resource for meal planning and preparation.

Andy

Andy brings extensive experience as a support worker, specialising in support for participants with complex mental health and intellectual disabilities. He is currently working towards completing his Certificate III in Individual Support. An avid marathon runner, Andy is extremely fit and enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain climbing and beach outings.

Kylie

Kylie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and a Certificate IV in Mental Health (Peer Work). She focuses on recovery, leveraging participants' strengths to provide practical and proactive support. Kylie excels in goal planning and helping participants develop strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.

Belinda

Belinda is a compassionate and dedicated support professional with a strong background in community care, wellness facilitation, and administration. With over a decade of diverse experience, she brings a holistic and person-centred approach to supporting individuals in achieving emotional wellbeing, resilience, and independence.
Belinda is skilled in providing practical and emotional support to clients experiencing mental health challenges, helping them navigate daily routines, connect with community resources, and develop confidence and self-awareness. Her warm and grounded nature allows her to build trusting relationships and create safe spaces that encourage healing and personal growth.
Combining empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills, Belinda is committed to promoting dignity, inclusion, and positive mental health outcomes for every person in her care.

Mel

Caring and community-minded professional with a background in Psychology, wellbeing, and creative communication. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Mel brings a deep understanding of human behaviour and a compassionate approach to supporting others. Mel’s experience as a writer, naturopath, and volunteer has strengthened her ability to listen with empathy, communicate clearly, and respond thoughtfully to individual needs. She draws on strong organisational and problem-solving skills developed through years of managing a small business and community projects. Dedicated, reliable, and people-focused, Mel is committed to helping individuals feel supported, respected, and empowered in their daily lives.
