With more than 30 years in the community sector and over two decades in senior leadership, Kami brings extensive expertise in guiding multidisciplinary teams across drug and alcohol services, homelessness support, ADHD/ASD programs, mental health, and disability employment initiatives.
She holds a Diploma of Applied Science in Community and Human Services and has strengthened her professional foundation through training in case management, dementia care, alcohol and drug support, dual diagnosis, crisis intervention and, lifestyle planning.
A skilled and confident leader, Kami excels at empowering both participants and staff, fostering independence, and ensuring consistently high-quality, person-centred support.
